Campus Auto Glass

My car got broken into while I was visiting Austin and campus auto glass worked with me to fix it not only during a holiday but while I had to be away from my car. They were so polite, understanding, reasonably priced and communicative; it was like a small town feel again. Thank you! And I highly recommend!

Scott provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Even though I ultimately decided to go through my insurance, he took the time to answer all my questions with patience and professionalism. If you need help with auto glass replacement, I highly recommend reaching out to him. He truly goes above and beyond to provide the best assistance possible.

I’ve been in need of a windshield replacement for about a year from a car accident. I’ve been trying to avoid it for the longest but I was so tired of looking at the big cracked windshield and it was only getting bigger with the sun. I looked around Austin to my closest location just in case I needed to go in person. I called Campus Auto on March 25th ten minutes before closing and spoke with Scott who gave me a quick quote. He scheduled me and provided all the information I needed by text after hours. Jeff arrived on the 26th around 10:50 and was done by 11:30. I’m super satisfied and so happy I didn’t even have to leave home. Thank you Campus Auto!!

My car was broken into overnight and two windows busted in and Campus Auto Glass was able to get my car windows replaced super fast! they were done before 11am! They even came to my work and did it while I was there so I didn't have to miss a day of work. they also did a good job cleaning out as much glass as they could from the busted windows. considering how crappy it was to have to deal with the windows and the theft, it was a relief to work with a great local service. I highly recommend this business.

DON’T DO IT - UNBELIEVABLY BAD customer service. he threw the broken windshield on my friends driveway & didn’t clean up any of the broken glass. I asked if he had a dust pan & he said NO! Slammed his door & drove off. I have it on security camera video. Scott also left broken glass on the dash of the car! my bf noticed that he also scratched the paint on my car. You can tell it’s rights next to the windshield where he pried the old one out. He charged $20 more than what was quoted. When I called for quotes I asked everyone for the out the door price that includes tax. Not even 12 hours after the install there is a chip in the windshield. I now doubt the integrity of the windshield. I called him to give him a chance to make it right - maybe he would sympathize & fix the chip & clean up the glass / finish the first job. He quickly snapped and said I don’t fix chips for free. He said it would be a $60 charge ! I asked him if he thought the way he left the job was acceptable & he said there couldn’t have been that much glass. ARE YOU KIDDING ME ! I felt intimidated & was treated disrespectfully.
